Infinity Inc. has been working in the market since 1992 and by virtue of its specialization is ranked among the enterprises providing professional full services in the field of information technologies (system integration, IS implementation, network projection and realization, solutions of data communications, application software development, large installation projects and outsourcing).

The company is currently employing 112 employees among which particularly IT specialists belong to. The office resides in Pardubice and other affiliated companies are in Prague, Brno and Olomouc.

In 2001 Synergon Information Systems plc, the largest Hungarian solution provider becomes the majority shareholder of Infinity Inc. and the shares of this company are dealt on Budapest Stock Exchange and on London electronic Stock Exchange SEAQ. Strategic consolidation of Infinity Inc. and Synergon Information Systems plc brought the enlargement of portfolio of Infinity’s products and services.
