Continuous improvement, employee motivation and stabilization of the team of Infinity, Inc.

Currently, the project funded by the European Social Fund is implemented in our company. Specifically, the funds come from the operational programme Human Resources and Employment. The project aims to maintain a competitive position in the market by enhancing the adaptability of employees of Infinity, Inc. The total project duration is 16 months, the total budget amounts 3.4 million CZK (approx. € 136,000).

Our company is based on expert knowledge and skills of IT consultants and specialists. In order for employees to be experts in their field of activity not only at regional but also at global level, it is necessary to ensure their high-quality lifelong learning. We also want to provide training to other employees, and therefore the project will be focused on back office and accounting department as well.

The milestones of the project include support of employees´ loyalty, their motivation and stabilization through education and strengthening internal communication. As especially a high level of expertise, skills and high flexibility will be a source of employment in the coming years in order to promote the professional growth of its employees and their motivation, Infinity wants to use the opportunities offered by the European Social Fund.
