Distant service of systems and applications

This service provides daily administration of instruments such as server operating systems, application servers, applications, maintaining supplements and consequential instruments throughout the company´s IT/IS including SW distribution.

Together with the Supervision Centre services, namely continual following the situation, outage prevention, pro-active service etc., it enables to quickly and effectively react to optional situations etc.

The fields of services of IT/IS infrastructure, which is secured by a distant system administration of Supervision Centre, are organized in accordance with ISO standards and it is possible to divide them into the following parts:

For service implementation, internally developed tools of Infinity and further tools e.g. of Altiris, HP, product families of Microsoft System Center and Fore Front, NetlQ, Symantec and WMware, are used.
