Solution Center
The basic module contains data platform which enables to implement system upgrades for Microsoft Dynamics AX on the user´s level. The module includes converting gallery for automatic processing various data formats, gallery of connectivity for communication with surrounding systems, workflow management for working with document, documents management, change management system and developmental tools for a fast creation of dynamic forms and tables. In this module it is possible to operate actions which are induced with predefined events. In terms of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), the Solution Center is equipped with file management module, PLM module, approval and decision management module and quality management module. To ensure the fluent data exchange between internal and external cooperating teams within a system, the Solution Center is equipped with the environment for defining the organizational structures and bindings between them.
Project
Module ensures the overview of the whole construction project, prototypes, processing and project management which help to make informed decisions on sale possibilities. It facilitates fast price specification and opening new sources of income, new markets and new areas for service exercise.
The part of it is a project cost analysis for improvement of the prognosis for machine utilization and usage of manpower capacity for future projects. Furthermore follow-up and evaluation of total time for orders processing for better planning and accurate estimation of new supplies. With a module it is possible to gain an overview of project efficiency via efficient reports and analyses. The integrated information is in the overall and detailed scheme which can help you to improve decision making, to aim at the most attractive market, to decrease risks.
Service

Service module enables to convert all sold products into service subjects for which the either guarantee or after guarantee service order is provided. Service module can be connected on-line to CRM with which it exchanges information not only about the process of service orders, changed spare parts and costs on labor of service technicians, but also about the economics of guarantee and paid after guarantee interventions at customers´. On the contrary CRM module enables to manage very operatively the reception of service requirements. The servicing uses the incorporated relationship between a service order, product, customer and moreover between the production order whereby the product was realized.
Connection of this module to the project management module enables follow-up of the service orders efficiency indicators not only on the level of service teams but also for the whole company management. Project module is connected to a portal solution via Business Intelligence integrated system.

Quick response to market changes, high efficiency – those are the attributes of today. Configurator is the universal module which not only presents catalogues of products offered but also enables creation of their various modifications. It is possible that module was adjusted as a web application and thus enabled preparation of detailed orders for customers. Configurator immediately graphically shows the changes in configuration of required product, it calculates details of purchase price, possibilities of buying the spare parts additionally, availability, eventually terms of possible delivery depending on amount required. Its connection to communication modules will enable to send a specification of the ordered version electronically for its dispatch.
Configurator is highly efficient helpmate with processing complete products which can be set together modularly, their parameters can be modified continuously or design of some of their spare parts can be modified. Module functionality is the outstanding part of job-order production processes from request specification of product parameters to its final version.
