Infinity Inc. announced the acquisition of IT SYSTEMS Inc.
Infinity Inc., a member of Synergon Group, successfully completed an acquisition of IT SYSTEMS Inc. based in České Budějovice. The transaction primarily aimed to strengthen the position of Infinity as a comprehensive provider of Microsoft, strengthen the professional human resources and extend the activity of Infinity in South Bohemian region. A key result of transaction is to generally establish the significant position of Infinity on IS/IT market. The significant companies such as Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, Inc., OHL ŽS, Inc., MOTOR JIKOV Group, Inc., NOWACO Czech Republic Ltd., OTIS CEG and many others, are ranked among the clients of IT SYSTEMS.
“This acquisition represents an important step for Infinity in the implementation of the growth strategy. In the technological respect, both companies support each other in term of their competencies and strong suits and thus they can offer their customers an extended portfolio of high-quality services and solutions. There will be a significant increase in capacity of Infinity in the area of IT in the Czech Republic due to growth figure of more than 60 highly qualified experts; thus we will offer on the whole a team of 180 experts in the market. Our key task for the coming period is to efficiently use the sales potential of our customers and continue in the expansionary trend. IT SYSTEMS will operate as a subsidiary of Infinity for a transitional period, then, the both companies will act only under the name of Infinity”, said Jaroslav Procházka, CEO of Infinity, Inc.
