In 2010, Infinity recertified the existing integrated systems, i. e. Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (QMS) according to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004. At the same time, the implementation of “IT Service Management” was carried out according ČSN ISO/IEC 20000-1:2006. This system called ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) particularly requires a setting of the necessary organizational and administrative IT service mechanisms which are based on the recommendations according to ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). ISO 20000 focuses on the quality of IT service delivery and its continuous improvement. It is based on the publicly available ITIL frame (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), which describes the best practices of IT service delivery. In addition to customers which will implement ISO 20 000, the companies profit from the ISO standard as well.
