October 2011 Infinity premiers at the Slovak trade fair AQUA 2011
The AQUA 2011trade fair took place on 20 to 22 September in the pleasant surroundings of the exhibition grounds in Trenčín. This was focused above all on water management, hydro power engineering and environmental protection. This was the largest water management trade fair in Slovakia, which enjoys great interest from visitors ever year, especially from the ranks of designers of water management infrastructure buildings, mayors and other representatives of municipalities or related companies from the sector.
From a historical point of view, this was already the 18th year of the trade fair, although from the point of view of Infinity, this was the company’s first participation in the trade fair.
The well conceived trade fair met our expectations in full and allowed us to present one of our most interesting solutions, in this case, an ERP system designed for water management companies. The whole solution is built on a Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform and comprehensively covers all of the requirements of this segment of companies. Just like in the Czech Republic, this solution met with a great reception in Slovakia too, above all due to its unique concept. On the one hand, this concerns a modular system, where the user can select only those processes which his company deals in, and on the other hand, this is a process system which is able to react to requirements of an organisation and above all to support its key processes. And it is precisely these processes which are resolved by the FAVOS modules (invoicing of water and sewage rates) and the TIS (Technical Information System), which are not separate applications with a defined interface, but are integrated into the Microsoft Dynamics NAV product and thus run vertically through the whole information system.
Our customers thus appreciate not only the sophisticated nature of individual functionalities, but also the comprehensive nature of the whole solution, which exhibits itself, for example, in a single balance of customers and suppliers.
